Executive Chairman

Andrae Blair attributes his skillset of analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning as the major reason for pursuing a career as a Business Strategist. For almost a decade, he has completed successful International Business Models for select clients locally and regionally.  In 2013 upon his return from completing a Master’s Degree in International Business at the Universite de’Orleans in France; he started Andjam Omni Limited which prides on the facilitation of businesses through international investments.
As a serial entrepreneur, in 2014, he embarked on being the CEO of Sustainable Living Solutions which is focused on the design, development and deployment of turnkey sustainable and renewable products and services. Since 2019 he has been the General Manager of an independent Trade and Distribution Company which serves businesses island wide in Jamaica. 
He has served on the Board of the Jamaica International Financial Services Authority (2014-2016) and Chairman of the Treasurer and Public Policy Committee of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica (YEA) from 2014-2018.

Andrae has represented Jamaica in a number of international conferences and seminars. He was head of a 20-member delegation to Beijing China to a Seminar on New Energy Development hosted by the Ministry of Investment and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China in 2015. He also participated in the Young ICT Policy Leaders Programme in South Korea in 2014 and the Young Professionals Conference in Wales in 2011.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Andrae serves as the Executive Chairman for Struxtured Holdings Limited with overall responsibility for guiding the development and implementation of the company’s strategic imperatives. Andrae also has specific responsibility for guiding the team tasked with the responsibility of developing Struxtured business lines in the Financial Services Sector.
