Andrei Bennett is an Attorney-at-Law in Jamaica specialized in Government Contract Law. He is Adjunct Lecturer at the Mona School of Business and Management, University of the West Indies, and Bangor University in the United Kingdom.
Andrei holds a Master of Laws degree in Public Procurement Law and Strategy from Bangor University in the United Kingdom where he studied as a UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office Chevening Scholar in 2016. He also holds the Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, Bachelor of Sciences degree in Pure Chemistry from the University of the West Indies (Mona), and he is a Certified International Risk Manager- a designation from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Scotland.
In his spare time he plays the violin and piano, and is an avid reader and fitness enthusiast. Andrei is also an active member of Bethel Gospel Assembly where he is involved in the ministry of the church and outreach to the surrounding community.
Andrei will have oversight responsibility for all matters related to legal, trade and procurement.
