Founding Director

Dania Beckford is a Brand Communicator who has expertise in Media & Communication for fifteen (15) years. During this period she has worked in the Public and Private Sectors in the industries of Advertising and Marketing, Entertainment (and Fashion), Trade, Youth Advocacy and International Development.
Dania is the Founder and CEO of DMB Communications. She holds a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and a first degree in Media and Communication specializing in Public Relations with a Minor in Culture studies from CARIMAC at the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Dania is the 2019 recipient of the Women in Entrepreneurship Fellowship for the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) by the U.S Embassy in Kingston and one of the first Gleaner Flair Magazine Awardees in celebration of International Women’s Day in 2018.
She has been a certified Protocol and Professional Etiquette Officer since 2012 and she is a Mentor at the Jonathan Grant High School where she along with a group of women assist in grooming young girls for life.

Dania through DMB Communications will guide Struxtured’s foray into the realm of Marketing and Communications. Dania will also lead our team tasked with the responsibility of exploring opportunities in the Creative Sectors. Dania will oversee the development and implementation of our customer engagement, customer retention and customer satisfaction strategies. She has the primary responsibility for guiding all the marketing and branding activities for all entities held by Struxtured.
