Jesse James

Consultant

Jesse has spent his entire career working in the Health Sector. He joined the National Health Services (NHS) whilst studying at college. He initially worked in the Medical Records and Outpatients Departments before moving on to other services. 

Following his graduation from Manchester University in 2008, his first full time role within the NHS was in Performance Management.  Since then, Jesse has managed a broad spectrum of services, across a number of NHS organisations, including front line and senior management roles. 

In 2017, Jesse began work as a Management Consultant and now provides support for both NHS and Independent Sector Healthcare Providers. He is extremely enthusiastic about improving services for both patients and staff, while delivering excellent performance. Jesse’s expertise includes: Operational and Change Management; Service Improvement and Transformation; Performance Management and Pathway Redesign.

Jesse has a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from Manchester Busines School.

Jesse will provide advice and direction on new and existing opportunities and the best strategies to implement to develop business lines in the Health Sector.
